- Thermal refurbishment of the Kindergarten #1
- Thermal refurbishment of the Eminescu Gymnasium
- Thermal refurbishment of the Cantemir Lyceum
- Construction of boiler house/Installation of a biomass boiler to serve Kindergarten #2 and Eminescu Gymnasium
