What is to be done?

- Installation of 90 rooftop PV systems, on average 7 kW capacity of each, for a total of 630 kW capacity
- Installation of 394 LED luminaries for outdoor lighting
- Installation of 5500 LED luminaries equipped motion sensors for indoor entrance and stairwell lighting
- 1575 LED lamps for low-income families

1,139 MWh/y, or 84 % energy savings

508 t/y, or 90 % reduction of CO₂

900 MWh/y production, or 100 % clean energy from renewable energy sources for use for the outdoor lighting, indoor lighting and elevators in the 90 buildings

The savings achieved in the project are equivalent to

annual energy consumption of 65,370 mobile phones

or

annual energy consumption of 11,046 TVs

annual emissions from 326 new cars

or

23,091 trees needed to be planted to absorb such amount of CO₂

annual energy consumption of 49,315 mobile phones

or

annual energy consumption of 8,333 TVs
