What is to be done?

- Comprehensive thermal refurbishment of the Kindergarten #10
- Modernization of the boiler house with installation of 2 biomass boilers
- Construction of a new district heating network and replacement the existing pipelines with the pre-insulated pipes
- Introduction of the automatic energy monitoring system for 10 public institutions
