- Solar collectors for hot water preparation
- New 500 kW biomass boiler, 950 kW gas boiler and ancillary equipment
- 2 km of pre-insulated district heating pipes
- Equipment for preparation of wood chips
- 4 new individual heating substations for improved regulation of energy consumption
